trustee - community representative

Kathy Lacasse originally moved to Upper Stoney Creek in 1986, in the original Albion Estates.  She moved out of the area for schooling and job postings but chose to return to Upper Stoney Creek in 2001.  She and her family have lived in the Gatestone neighbourhood since her return.  Kathy believes in giving back; she participated in her children's School Council, volunteered for her children's sports, and has taken part in local events such as tree planting at the Eramosa Karst.   She has been the lead organizer and fundraising co-coordinator for her employer’s Around the Bay Road Race team for many years.   

Kathy is excited about the expansion of the Upper Stoney Creek neighbourhood and feels it will bring many new offerings to the area.  Kathy believes in community and is working with the Trust to build a stronger community in Upper Stoney Creek.
